Tatua Cheese Sauce is a ready to use cheese sauce with a creamy, silky smooth consistency and a tasty cheddar flavour. Perfect for use in baking, pies and sauces. Great substitute for grated cheese.
Applications:
- Ideal for pizza, either as a topping or a filling for stuffed crusts.
- Ideal for pre-prepared meals, e.g. Macaroni cheese, lasagne.
- Suitable for manufacture of fresh and frozen pies – e.g. mince and cheese, vege and cheese. Cheese sauce will continue to sit on top of the filling during heating, cooling and freezing.
- Can be combined with acidic and alcohol ingredients e.g. white wine, and tomato to create cheese sauce or cheesy dip.
- Tatua Cheese Sauce is freeze thaw stable either on its own or when combined with other products.
