INFANT NUTRITION
We offer a range of protein hydrolysates manufactured in a high-care environment to comply with dry-blend quality requirements and meet the highest food safety standards.
Our capability spans from partially hydrolysed proteins, suitable for use in comfort infant formula, to extensively hydrolysed, filtered proteins, for use in reduced allergen or hypoallergenic infant formula.

FUNCTIONAL HEALTH
Enzymatic hydrolysis can be targeted to cleave proteins to generate specific peptide chains with known bioactive properties. In this way, protein hydrolysates can be manufactured to support health benefits such as; immune support, stress/anxiety reduction, blood sugar regulation, and support of mineral absorption.
An example of this is Tatua’s Casein Phosphopeptide, HCP102, that supports absorption of calcium.
Sometimes a combination of flavours can be used to deliver your chosen flavour profile. A Tatua Butter flavour can be used alongside a cheese flavour to add dairy richness when dairy fats are replaced with cost effective fat alternatives.
