Chocolate Mousse Clowns
Ingredients
250g can Tatua Chocolate Mousse, for face
4 ice cream cones, decorated with icing and sprinkles, for hat
4 ice cream wafers, each cut into 2 triangles, for bow tie
fruit cereal loops and candy coated chocolates for eyes, mouth and bow tie
Method
- Ensure you have all your ingredients ready to go before you start.
- Squirt a large circle of Tatua Chocolate Mousse in the centre of a plate, to create the face.
- Working quickly, place the ice cream cone on the plate above the mousse for the hat.
- Place the wafer triangles on the plate under the mousse for the bow tie and decorate the centre of the bow tie with a candy coated chocolate.
- Use fruit cereal loops or candy coated chocolate for eyes, nose and mouth.
- Serve immediately. Repeat with remaining ingredients to create 4 clowns. Serves 4
