Poutine
Ingredients
Olive oil, as required
5 medium potatoes, cut into fries
400g Tatua Cheese Sauce
1 packet gravy (to make 250ml)
250g bacon, chopped into small pieces
Method
- Heat oil in frying pan, then place fries into the hot oil and cook until golden. This should take 5-10 minutes.
- While the fries cook, warm Tatua Cheese Sauce in a microwave proof dish in the microwave.
- Cook the bacon in a separate pan.
- Remove fries and bacon from heat and pat off oil with a paper towel.
- Make gravy as per packet instructions.
- Place fries in serving dish and top with bacon, Tatua Cheese Sauce and gravy.
- Serve immediately.
