Tatua Cooking Cream is pre-reduced (saving cooking time) and has excellent heat stability making it ideal for soups and sauces. Tatua Cooking Cream is acid stable meaning you can add other ingredients such as lemon juice, wine or vinegar without splitting (separate). It is perfect for sweet and savoury cooking, and ideal for creating low fat dishes without compromising on taste or texture.
